Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We offer shipping to all destinations within the United States via USPS Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) and calculate shipping based on the weight of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation notice with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at cattyrtlerocks@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt, and we'll discuss your return options.
Please note:
All returns and exchanges require that you contact us for approval prior to shipping back your return products, and photo evidence may be required for damaged/defective items or items shipped in error.
If the cause of your return or exchange is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will refund your purchase (including shipping) or send you a new item.
Custom orders or made-to-size items can be resized for a small fee to cover additional materials and time costs. Customer will be responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or similar product, we will refund your purchase (minus original shipping costs) upon receipt and ask that you place a new order for your desired replacement.
For all returns and exchanges, the item must be in new and unused condition.
Item must be in it's original packaging (if applicable).
All return products must be shipped back to us within 3 business days after your return/exchange is approved.
When contacting us about returns or exchanges, please include your original order number and the details regarding your concern or request. We aim to get back to you within 48 business hours.
